1. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. We reserve the right to refuse service or access to the Site at our sole discretion.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, submit any form, or opt into any SMS communications. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we discover that a person under 18 has submitted information, we will delete it promptly.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

Program Description

Crestline Home Builders LLC uses SMS messaging to communicate with prospects and clients. We send two types of SMS messages:

• Transactional / Conversational Messages: Sent in direct response to your inquiry or as part of your ongoing project relationship. These include consultation confirmations, appointment reminders, project updates, and direct responses to your questions.
• Marketing / Promotional Messages: Sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS marketing consent box on our contact form. These may include promotional offers, new project showcases, and company news. Consent to marketing SMS is not a condition of receiving our services.

How to Opt In

You opt into SMS communications by providing your mobile phone number on our contact or inquiry form and, where applicable, checking the SMS consent checkbox. By doing so, you consent to receive text messages from Crestline Home Builders LLC at the number provided.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message sent by us. Upon receipt of a STOP message, we will send a single confirmation reply and immediately remove you from further SMS communications. To opt back in, you must re-submit your consent through the Site.

Message Frequency

Transactional messages: Message frequency varies and may be higher during active projects.

Marketing messages: Sent no more than 4 times per month to opted-in contacts only.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service carrier. Crestline Home Builders LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier in connection with SMS messages.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (such as T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier policies, network availability, or technical issues outside our control.

SMS Data Sharing

Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

4. Accuracy of Information

The information on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the Site. Pricing, availability, and service details are subject to change without notice.

5. No Contractor-Client Relationship

Submitting a form, booking a consultation, or contacting us via the Site does not create a binding contractor-client relationship. A formal agreement will be established only through a signed written contract between you and Crestline Home Builders LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, and design elements, is the property of Crestline Home Builders LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crestline Home Builders LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any content herein, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed $100.

Our Site and communications may utilize third-party services including GoHighLevel (CRM/SMS), Vercel (hosting), Sanity (content management), and Google Analytics. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
