Here is how we work: we bring our vetted sub-contractors and vendors directly to you, and you pay them directly. We charge a consulting and management fee based on the total cost of the job. No markups on materials, no inflated labor costs. You see exactly where every dollar goes.
We manage every aspect of your project from start to finish. That means pre-construction planning, architectural plans, permits, and then managing every phase of the build: timeline, budget, payment schedules, and quality control, all the way through final walkthrough. We carry all required licenses and insurances, and so do every sub-contractor and vendor we bring to your project.
